Holding Serve, Michael Chang
I've jus read the biography of Michael Chang. Michael Chang story was very heart warming to me. It states that the Chang family have been so poor when Michael was young. The family had to scrimp and save in order for michael and his brother to play tennis. Michael had to overcome cramps and mental strength in order to win his 1st and only grand slam. As he had suffered badly from cramps while playing top players like Ivan Lendle and Stefan Edberg, he had to play smart. All types of shots like the underhand and going up to the service line came up in order to win the tournament. It was such an emotional win for him and his family as he became the youngest ever player to win the French Open. Though i was disappointed that he chose to play for America rather than Taiwan or China, but i would never blame him. Who ask him to be Simon's inspirational player. But overall the book was good except that it had too much of the cristianity going around.

Wimbledon review '09
Review of wimbledon 2009
Had wanted to post this entry a long time ago but was simply too bz. ok, so this year's wimbledon saw no.1 seed n defending champ. r.nadal MIA. Sadly, this puts federer in the driver's seat and he won(SO???). The worst thing is that he gets to take over nadal to bcome world no.1. Anyway, 4get bout this. Lets tok bout my Simon. well, this year was his personal best @ wimbledon by reachin the 4th round. Though he had lost in 4th round to world no.70 n former wimbledon champ, but @ least he still have wins over Hanescu who knocked him @ the French Open(Simon had a leg injury but still perservered to the end). Congrats Simon! Get better each year and win the slam soon! Next, Tommy Haas went on to a running streak to reach the semi while Andy murray was quite disappointing to lose @ the semi despite being the no.2 seed. The man to look out for was Ivo Karlovic who served very good aces and many of it. Llyton Hewitt was good too. He knocked out el potro on his way 2 the quaters. In the women's draw, the women who looked out for was Elena Dementieva. She had a match point against eventual winner, serena williams. On the other hand, dinara safina was terrible by taking only 1 game from venus williams during the semis. That's all i can comment. Hope simon will win the tournament nxt year!
